GoHighLevel Sub Account Subscription Policy

Overview

Blackgate IT Solutions provides GoHighLevel Sub Accounts to its students.

All services are powered by GoHighLevel and operate under its terms and policies. By subscribing, you agree to follow both Blackgate IT Solutions policies and GoHighLevel’s terms of service and acceptable use policies.

Eligibility

Sub Accounts are only available to active students of Blackgate IT Solutions.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke access at any time.

Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription tiers:

• Monthly Plan – ₱349/month
• Yearly Plan – ₱1,999/year

Both Monthly and Yearly plans include full access to all features.

Billing and Payments

All subscriptions are auto-renewing.

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at the end of each billing cycle.

You are responsible for maintaining:

• A valid payment method
• Sufficient balance for billing

Failure to process payment may result in account suspension.

Wallet and Credit System

All accounts follow a rebilling (usage-based) system.

Each account must maintain a minimum balance of $10 in wallet credits.

Credits are used for:

• SMS
• Emails
• Automation usage

Refund Policy

• All subscription payments are non-refundable
• All wallet credits are non-refundable
• Partial usage or unused time is not eligible for refund

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing settings
• Cancellation will stop future billing

However:

• No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
• Access will remain active until the end of the paid period

Feature Access

Monthly and Yearly Plans:

• Full access to all features available within GoHighLevel

Account Suspension and Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated under the following conditions:

• Negative wallet balance
• Failed or missed subscription payment
• Violation of platform rules or policies
• Abuse or misuse of the system

Blackgate IT Solutions is not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Interrupted campaigns
• Downtime caused by suspension

Compliance with GoHighLevel

By using the Sub Account, you agree to comply with all policies set by GoHighLevel.

Blackgate IT Solutions is not liable for:

• Platform outages
• System bugs
• API failures
• Third-party service interruptions

Liability Disclaimer

The platform is provided on an “as-is” basis.

Blackgate IT Solutions is not responsible for:

• Campaign performance
• Lead generation results
• Revenue outcomes
• Failed automations or setups

Data and Usage

• Users retain ownership of their data. Blackgate PH has no interest in using or claiming customer business data
• Access to data is dependent on an active subscription
• After cancellation, the sub-account remains available for 30 days so you can export data or change your mind; then the sub-account is deleted completely
• We do not provide custom NDA or Data Processing Agreement paperwork for this plan; privacy and ownership are covered by our Privacy Policy and this Sub Account Policy

Policy Updates

Blackgate IT Solutions reserves the right to update:

• Pricing
• Features
• Terms and policies

Continued use of the service means acceptance of any updates.

By subscribing to any Blackgate IT Solutions Sub Account plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
